Getting to Seattle:

Our Virgin Voyages cruise departs from Seattle on June 17, 2027. Please book roundtrip airfare to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA). We strongly recommend arriving in Seattle at least one day before embarkation. Travelers must follow their assigned Virgin Voyages arrival time and final boarding requirements. The ship is scheduled to depart at 5:00 PM.

Why does the Ladies Touch package cost more than booking the cruise directly with Virgin Voyages?

Virgin Voyages’ advertised fare covers your cabin and its standard onboard amenities. The Ladies Touch package adds a hosted journey with our community of LGBTQ+ women, welcome and farewell gatherings, a reserved group dinner, a private marine experience in Sitka, You’re welcome to join our complimentary group walking outings in Ketchikan and Victoria. Participation is optional. Other excursions booked through Virgin Voyages or independently are not included. Pre-trip preparation, group communication, and the special touches that make an LT trip feel like an LT trip.

What does Virgin Voyages already include?

Your cruise fare includes standard onboard dining, basic nonalcoholic beverages, entertainment, fitness classes, Standard Wi-Fi, and shipboard tips and gratuities. Alcoholic beverages, specialty drinks, spa services, purchases, and other activities may cost extra.

Are flights included?

No. Airfare to and from Seattle is not included. We recommend arriving in Seattle at least one day before the cruise departs. If you’d like guidance on flight options, email us at info@ladiestouchent.com.

Are Alaska excursions included?

Yes—our private Ladies Touch marine experience in Sitka is included. You’re welcome to join our optional group outings in Ketchikan and Victoria; we’ll share any costs and details before you decide to participate. Other excursions booked through Virgin Voyages or independently are not included.

Is Seattle included in the Alaska cruise price?

No. The Alaska cruise runs June 17–24, 2027. The Seattle Pride Kickoff is an optional, separately priced two-night extender from June 24–26, 2027.

What’s included in the Seattle extender?

The Seattle extender features a Seattle Through African American Women’s Stories tour, time to explore the city, a Ladies Touch farewell mixer, and an opportunity to enjoy Seattle Pride programming together. Please review the extender package details at booking for its confirmed inclusions and price. The culture tour is limited to 20 guests.

Can I join the Seattle extender without taking the cruise?

Seattle extender spaces will be offered to travelers booked on our Alaska cruise first. If space remains, we may open registration to additional Ladies Touch travelers closer to departure.

Can I book the cruise directly with Virgin Voyages and join Ladies Touch activities?

No. Our private activities, group communication, and hosted experiences are reserved for travelers who book the Ladies Touch package.

Will I receive promotions advertised on Virgin Voyages’ website?

Virgin Voyages’ public promotions can change and may not be combined with our group package. Please compare the full Ladies Touch package—including its private experiences and hosted group activities—when reviewing your options.
